Website visitor perspective

To add a comment, the website visitor clicks on the "Add new" link/button on an article or a product page.
After clicking it, the website visitor is able to fill in the form with a message. The name of the author needs to be filled in along with the comment title and content, while the date of the comment will be added automatically.
After filling in all of the necessary fields, and clicking 'Submit,' the comment/review will be displayed under the article in the website's design format and fonts.
