Compex asked ContentForces to

  • increase client engagement and improve the number of leads that are generated via their website in 18 regions/languages
  • replace ten target group sites to one consumer site and one physician site. The different customer driven sites were aimed to help  consumers and physicians from prospects up to active user in different phases of their buying and product usage stage. Here is an overview of the different sites and purposes
    • general company & product site
    • for clients that already use the devices and need support to plan their activities
    • for clients that need to start using the electro stimulation device
    • for clients with a specific purpose (i.e. pregnancy pain relief)
    • for US clients
    • online shop for consumers
    • and 3 different sites and a shop for physicians
  • Leads, ask an expert and warranty registrations  should be connected with the Emailing system for  E-mailing promotions.
  • Have Compex marketer and project manager deliver client analyses, website structure (wire- and copy frame), design and web copy.

 

Together with Compex's marketing team and internet consultant their successful sales cases were analysed with the E-result approach. As a result of  the analysis, the Attention-Interest-Desire-Action (AIDA) items that persuade their clients have been converted into a website which is set up (wireframe and AIDA copy frame) by the Compex project manager.

 

Based on the frame, a design has been created by their own designer that supports the visitor to take the intended actions. The copy including all Attention-Interest-Desire-Action items  for visitors has been written by Compex marketers and the project manager.

 

The initial test was to prove the improvement of a number of  warranty  & email registrations, and ask an expert requests. Shortly after going live the results increased substantially.

As a next step, Compex expands its website with innovative online services to engage the user of the product.
