General introduction
The ContentForces Lead Management component gives you the possibility to review and manage Leads generated by your website visitors using the Content and Campaign Management System. On the Leads Overview, you are able to add, delete or edit a lead. You can also use the filter to select certain leads (Disqualified leads, leads to close deal, new leads, qualified leads). If you want to see the details of a specific lead, you can click on its name to be redirected to the lead's details. This page consists of the lead's information and additional data. Here, you are able to edit or delete the lead, add data and edit or delete selected additional information.
