General introduction

ContentForces Hosting and security service allows your company to make the website and Content & Campaign Management System safely accessible through the Internet. This is called Software as a Service. Briefly saying, ContentForces rents your company a part of its technical infrastructure, software and disk space on the servers in one of it's data centers. ContentForces takes care of all of the behind the scenes that is required for first class hosting like hardware for data storage, co-location, Internet connections, data traffic and housing. The computers are stationed in the most modern data centers, excellently protected against theft, fire and power failure. ContentForces has a “state-of-the-art” security system that protects your content, website and Content & Campaign Management System. Experienced and professional security specialists maintain the system with proven up-to-date security technologies 24 hours a day. Your company can focus on just creating & managing your web site and campaign without worrying about technology. If you are looking for a reliable company that will ensure security around your website, you have found it. The hosting is delivered with a Service Level Agreement.

Service Level Agreement: As part of the Service ContentForces delivers a minimum of 99% availability for the Content Management Platform and Publication Modules. The Service is considered unavailable when two page requests with an interval of 1 minute between the requests, do not return a valid page either within 10 seconds or not at all. The calculated unavailable time runs till the next time that a test returns the page in 15 seconds. The Service Availability is the percentage of time that the service is available and will be calculated using the formula: A = (T-U) / T * 100%. A: availability percentage. T: total hours in the three-month period, excluding the scheduled downtime as specified in the Maintenance Window. U: unavailable hours which means the number of hours outside the Maintenance Window that the services were not available, major events are excluded from the calculation of the ‘total hours’ (T) even with bad performance of others. The monitoring and measuring of the Quality Parameters are performed ‘on the outer parameters’ of the ContentForces’ Data Centre. The service level does not count for failures or poor performance of any network, software or media that is not being controlled or provided by ContentForces (e.g., communication networks such as Internet, or end-user equipment). The service level guaranteed herein will become valid after the first 3 months after the Service has been officially delivered to the Client. The service parameters for availability performance are defined as an average value and measured over a 3-month period. The measurement starts the first day of the month following the month in which the formal delivery of a Service starts.
