General introduction

The ContentForces Generating Documents component enables you to generate previews of documents based on current data stored in your database such as invoices or orders. The generation can be managed either in CCMS (in the Deals component) or on your website (in the My Deals component) by a CCMS user and a logged-in website visitor, respectively. The CCMS user can also upload a document (the file extension does not matter) and assign it to a particular Deal, although without the possibility to edit the content. Either way, both users can view the previews, download and print them. ContentForces can also design a special template dedicated to a certain document type which can be reused as many times as you like.
