Modification History is a ContentForces tool that gives your Intranet user a unique possibility to follow the updates that happen on selected pages of your website and analyze the differences between the versions of the page. On the tracked page, one can see a table listing all versions of it with a 'type of change' attribute ('Add' – when a page is added, 'Update' – if there are content changes and 'Delete' – if a page is switched offline). Additionally, the modification's author name and the date of the change is displayed. If the version is deleted, it is not visible in the table. Interestingly, the component enables a comparison between two subsequent versions of the page. By clicking on the 'Compare' button, the Intranet user is redirected to a new window which provides the comparison between the versions of the page, highlighting the new contributions (in red when some content is deleted and in green if it is added).
