DealsGeneral introduction
ContentForces Content and Campaign Management System gives you the possibility to manage all deals placed by your website customers. Deals are used to store information delivered by the Order Form component. The deals detail page is divided into several parts. You can see deals information (identifier, client ID, statuses, create and update dates), data form(all properties mapped from the order form configuration), ordered products and assigned contact. On this page, you can add a new deal(it will only contain the deal information and data form), edit existing(also with the deal information and data form) or delete. Removal is also possible on the deal overview page. What is more, you will be able to create, edit and delete: the assignment of products or variants to the existing deal, additional items for assigned products and relation between contact and the existing deal. Every deal has its own internal and external statuses, which you can create or update. You can choose a proper status name from the possible properties such as 'before-payment', 'post-payment' and 'none'. You can filter existing deals by the internal or external status properties on the deal overview page. The Deals detail page is divided into several parts.
