General introduction

E-mailing Contact List allows you to organize particular contacts (its necessary to have Contact Information Management integrated) into one contact list. Separate contacts from one organization can be assigned to one or more contact list. This gives you the possibility to simplify the process of sending emails which can be sent to all contacts from one contact list at the same time. By grouping your contacts into separate contact lists, you are able to carefully target audiences for your emailing campaigns.

Website manager perspective

The website manager is able to assign contacts to a contact list.
In the CCMS, the website manager chooses 'Contacts' --> 'Contacts list'.
Then he can create a new contact list and assign contacts to it or assign contacts to the already existing contact list.
To create a new contact list, the website manager needs to click on the 'New contact list' button. Then he needs to fill in the contact list name and click the 'Save' button. The contact list is created and then he needs to click on the 'Assign' button. The list of all organization contacts appears (this can be listed on more pages, in this case the website manager has to go through it to find the right contacts) and the website manager needs to choose contacts by checking them. Finally, he needs to click the 'Assign' button.
