The ContentForces Media Group Overview allows the website visitor to find the right media in an effective way. By dividing your company's media files into groups, the website visitor can easily find the right image, video, audio, or document without getting frustrated and leaving the website. The Media Groups are made in order to facilitate access to specific media. By grouping them, you are able to make a positive first impression on your website visitor as he sees great order in your Media. That, in turn, can make him think the same about the whole company.

Website visitor perspective
- The website visitor wants to find information about a particular media.
- There are two possible ways of reaching the Media Group Overview. If you decide to have your Media Group Overview on the subpage, the website visitor will click on the e.g. 'Media' button in the navigation and will be redirected to the Media Group Overview.
- There is also a possibility to have a Media Group Overview on the homepage.
- After selecting the group, the overview of all items is displayed (as a Media Overview component) - the website visitor can see the range of your media.
Website manager perspective
- CCMS user can change the publication status of the Media Group Overview by putting it online or offline.
- In order to do this a CCMS user needs to change publication status of generated taxonomy (one of media overview). He clicks on the edit button on the detail page of taxonomy of some media overview (media group).
- He gets UI to change the status (online/offline), and finally he changes the status and clicks save.
- The status of taxonomy is changed.
- The Media group is (not) visible on the preview of the Media Group Overview component and after publishment.
- A CCMS user can reorder Media Groups listed on the Media Group Overview component.
- He needs to go into 'Publication > Website' and click on Media Group Overview taxonomy.
- He clicks on 'Reorder' button and gets UI to reorder the media overview (reorder of taxonomies in CCMS). He reorders them and clicks save.
- Taxonomies are reordered.
- Media Groups are reordered on the preview of the Media Group Overview component and after publishment.
