Website manager perspective
- The website manager can manage and modify the information about the media items collected in media groups. Media items are arranged in hierarchical structures.
- For management of media descriptions, there is an intutive User Interface, where the manager can add, edit, delete media descriptions and assign media files (media files can be added/removed via Media).
- Adding/editing/deleting a new media description: in the Content and Campaign Management System, the manager selects the Media Group where the new item is to be added. He clicks on the 'Add new media description' button and fills in the provided fields with specifications for a particular media item. He adds 'media name' and fills all values that have been chosen to describe the media in that given Media Group (Media Group setup – allows to customize media properties so that they are exactly as you want them to be). While entering the specifications, the manager only sees media properties as editable fields - variant's properties can also be displayed but inactive. The same User Interface allows you to edit and delete any item.
- Adding/editing/deleting a new media variant description: the manager is able to add a media variant into media. To do this, he needs to find the media item he wants to add a variant to and click on the 'Add new media variant' button. Main media's properties are inactive but visible in the interface. He can delete or modify the item in a similar way.
