General introduction
A ContentForces My profile allows your website visitor to create a profile on your website and manage his personal details on the profile page. Creating a profile consists of a registration form, where your website visitor needs to enter his personal information (for example: name, surname, address, city, country, e-mail, company, password, login). After confirming his registration he gets an access to the particular pages/components on your website (for example: Intranet, web shop). Optionally, your website visitor is also able to add, edit and remove the data information entered during the registration process.

Website visitor perspective
- In order to create a profile, the website visitor needs to register on your website. He clicks on the 'Register' button.
- He is redirected to the registration form where he needs to enter his personal data (for example: name, surname, address, city, country, e-mail, company, password, login); some fields are required.
- Next, he clicks on the 'Send” button and the system displays the 'Thank You' page. There is also information that in order to confirm the registration, the website visitor needs to click on the link that has been sent in a message to his e-mail inbox.
- In order to finish the registration, the website visitor has to log into the e-mail account that he provided in the registration form, get to the e-mail message from the website administration and click on the link given in the e-mail message. He will be redirected to a page containing a confirmation message. At this point, the registration is complete.
- In order to make some changes in his profile, the website visitor must click on the 'Edit my profile' button.
- He is redirected to the profile edit page and then he is able to add, edit or delete his contact and profile details.
- Afterwards, he needs to click on the 'Submit' button and then his profile is displayed with the modified details.
